Event: 'Strictly Come Dancing' themed company party

Where: Crathorne Hall, Yarm, North Yorkshire

When: June 2011

Brief: Provide entertainment which will impress and also involve the guests.  Must be in keeping with the theme and budget

What we did: We suggested three different entertainment options - SHOWGIRL, Latin Dance and Ballroom Dance.  We also recommended 'Meet & Greet' showgirls for the welcome photographs and drinks reception.

Our Showgirls were present from the minute the guests arrived to pose for photographs and serve the welcome drinks.  They re-enforced the glitz and glamour of the night.  The outfits were colour matched to the 'Strictly' sign of Pink and Purple and teamed up silver hologram bikinis.

Once the guests were seated the entertainment began with a Showgirl opening dance.  Then during each course another layer of entertainment was delivered.

A 'Strictly Come Dancing' theme would not be authentic without Ballroom and Latin American dancing - so that's what we supplied. 

Two couples, one specialising in latin and the other in ballroom dance. 

The couples performed alternatively - waltz, cha cha cha, tango, rumba, quickstep and Jive

To finish off the entertainment the latin couple invited guests up onto the dance floor to learn a few dance moves.
