Charity Ball & Auction

 

Event: Mencap Arabian Ball 2009

Where: Marriott Gosforth Park Hotel, Newcastle upon Tyne

Brief: Arabian theme entertainment and maximise charity donations

 

What we provided:  Welcome hostesses, drinks reception ladies

Charity Auction Assistance - the purpose of charity events is to raise as much money as possible.  So we were on hand to help with all fundraising activities. 

We paraded the items which were being auctioned and mingled with the guests to encourage bids.

Once the auction was over the hostesses delivered the prizes to the successful bidders

Dancers: After dinner our entertainment commenced with a bespoke mystical Arabian routine. We liaised with the Audio Visual technicians and designed a lighting plot to compliment the choreography.
