Charity Ball

Our services for Charity events are far from just turning up at a venue and dancing!  We provide a full package.  The entertainment pays for itself when our experienced hostesses sell raffle tickets and encourage guests to donate via other fundraising activities.

Event: 'Give Tilly a Hand' Celebrity Hand Print Ball 2009

Location: Hilton Hotel, Newcastle/gateshead

What we provided:

Meet and Greet Hostesses - showgirls on the 'red' carpet.  The costumes were colour matched to the event theme of Pink, Silver and Black.  Paying close attention to the colour of the welcome carpet so not to clash.  The ladies greeted the guests as they arrived in their cars.

Showgirl at 'Tilly' photo wall - as the guests entered from the 'pink' carpet they were greeted by our first line of hostesses at the Photo Opportunity wall. This is where the media were placed to take photographs of celebrities and guests with the showgirls.  This reinforces the charity branding when published in the media and also is a nice memento for guests. 

 

Charity Hostesses - This was level three of the hostess stage.  Dressed again in Pink and Black, these hostesses primary role was charity fundraising activities.  They sold raffle tickets, 'spotted' and completed auction paperwork. 

Dancers - We provided two types of cabaret.  Showgirls and Hip Hop dancers.  We wanted to combine the lavish glamour of the Showgirls during the early part of the evening, then change the tempo and mood by transforming the dancers into Hip Hop performers.
