About Encore
A creative, innovative and highly versatile dance and PR group!
Encore is a dance entertainment group based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England.
It is the brainchild of Hayley Conway who has choreographed professionally for over 13 years. Her personal portfolio includes work for: BBC, Sky Television, Channel 4, ITV, Telstar Records, professional cabaret and fashion shows. She has worked with many celebrities during her television work and North East favorites Ant & Dec and Cheryl Cole.
Hayley is an award winning, fully qualified dance teacher with the International & Northern Counties Dance Teachers Associations. She is regularly invited to lecture on dance at their Annual Conferences in London, Blackpool and the North East.
She is third generation of a famous dance and theatre family and has trained since the age of two in all subjects.
Who is Encore?
Encore is made up of over 30 performers, each with broad dance and musical theatre training. All Encore members are of course wonderfully talented dancers, but nowadays this is not enough.
Each performer is trained in speech and elocution so when hostessing, providing PR or representing your business in any other way, you can be sure they will create an excellent impression.
This team of talented and enthusiastic people are the foundation of Encores success!
What can Encore provide?
Dancers - of the highest standard, with years of performance experience. Dressed in stunning costumes, suitable for your theme or requirements, they will 'wow' your guests! (see Styles & Themes)
Hostesses - eloquent, stylish hostesses will greet your guests with poise and deportment. Let them serve drinks at your reception, costumed to gain maximum impact and to re-enforce a theme. Choose from many styles from 'formal elegance' to 'Las Vegas'.
Singers - NEW SERVICE!! One of our talented male or female, professionally trained, singers can entertain at your guests performing with the dancers or solo. Styles include blues and 'songs from the shows'.
Choreography - a professional service for any situation including fashion shows, wedding first dance, television and bands. (see Choreography section)
What is the Cost?
Every event is bespoke, so price is on application. However, Encore is completely self sufficient, so no agency fees apply. It has its own dance studios, choreographers, theatrical costumier/designer - 'Patricio B', extensive costume wardrobe, lighting & technical advisor, make-up artist and body spray expert - Kat Rae.
